What if I don't have $50K+ in cash?

That's where the credit + funding side comes in. Bo will show you how to leverage business credit, lines of credit, and other sources to fund a deal - without using your savings. Credit repair and business tradelines are often step one.

How is my investment secured?

Investments are tied to a specific property and structured per the deal agreement. We'll walk through documentation, lien position (where applicable), and exit timeline before any money moves.

What markets do you flip in?

Primary market is the St. Louis metro and surrounding areas where Bo's team can be on-site. Larger investors get access to selective out-of-market deals when the numbers work.

What happens if a deal doesn't go to plan?
